We are currently seeking a:


Billing Coordinator (Finance) - Private & Integrated Services

Full-Time 1-year Contract


As the Billing Coordinator - Private & Integrated Services, you will be responsible for the Accounts Receivable functions for private pay, individual and corporate clients, ensuring that all required reporting is completed in a timely manner, and providing financial analysis as needed.

This role provides full-cycle accounts receivable functions including collections, account reconciliations, and analysis.


This position requires a hands-on, well-organized individual with demonstrated ability to manage timelines and a strong focus on customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for fullcycle accounts receivable accounting and sales analysis
  • Generating reports and analysis as needed
  • Follow up on account invoices, provide customer support with invoice queries, account summaries and reconciliation
  • Manage accounts receivable activities such as collections and new customer authorizations


  • Contract Management

  • Monitor expiration dates of upcoming contracts
  • Ensure that adequate systems, procedures, and controls are in place within the accounts receivable

Educational/Technical Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in finance/accounting
  • Two to three years working experience in fullcycle accounts receivable accounting in a dynamic environment
  • Strong computer, analytical, creative problemsolving and organizational skills especially with Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Goldcare would be an asset

Personal Requirements:


  • Superior account relationship building skills including excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with strong customer service orientation
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to deal with confidential material and sensitive issues with diplomacy and discretion
  • Must possess an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to thrive in a challenging, fluid and deadlineoriented work environment while being flexible and adaptable, juggling multiple priorities and clients
