• Teach swimming lessons to individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels
• Develop lesson plans and curriculum based on participants' needs and abilities
• Provide instruction on proper swimming techniques, water safety, and rescue skills
• Evaluate participants' progress and provide feedback for improvement
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and certifications

• Previous experience as a swim instructor or lifeguard preferred
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming strokes and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with individuals of all ages and skill levels
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
