Description

College, University, or certificate or diploma from a program of minimum 3 months or equivalent experience preferred.

Salary position available for the right person Looking for a leader to grow with the company.

Skills and traits needed are:

Motivated, productive task orientated, must be able to acquire new skills then pass them on through training with other team members.

Able to take full control of restaurant when the owner is away. Only those that lead by example need apply. Room for advancement is solely dependent on performance.

Must be fluent in English, able to work flexible hours. Must be currently legal to work in Canada

Specific Skills
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Recruit, train and supervise staff
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Address customers' complaints or concerns

Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour
