We're looking for ERP Implementation Specialist to join our scaling organization and help us [goal for this role].

At Pacific Smoke International, our mission is to help people quit smoking by providing safer alternatives to traditional cigarettes.

As the leading distributor of electronic vaporizers and award-winning vaping products in Canada, we've made significant progress since our founding in 2013.

However, we have much more to accomplish for our customers, and we're looking for a culturally aligned ERP Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team located in Markham.

The ERP Implementation Specialist will:


  • Review, analyze and define current/future state system processes and develop functional and technical specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts for identified development, system modifications, and implementation tasks
  • Document and present technical requirements via the system and reporting design specifications and asbuilt documentation
  • Understand data mapping and data flow within the supported systems
  • Configures modules and platform workflows in the ERP system
  • Design and configure enduser reporting
  • Work with operational teams to validate technical processes and system performance to provide continuous improvement
  • Establish the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of functional and technical requirements to create viable specifications and acceptance criteria for solutions
  • Develop test cases and test scripts and support the QA team in planning and executing the testing
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including technical support procedures and reference materials
  • Develop content, as required, for training modules, deliver training, and provide guidance to system users and department staff
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate a data governance framework that applies to the entire organization.
  • Understand and address data quality issues and help expand the data stewardship network to achieve data quality and governance goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations from data analyses and collaboration with the business to enhance data quality, improve data practices, and enable strategic decisionmaking.

To be successful you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or technical diploma from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT) or related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience with NetSuite is a must.
  • 35 years of IT experience working as a Functional, Data, Application or Business Analyst.
  • Experience with Oracle, Azure Data Warehouse, Azure Analysis Services, Azure Data Factory, Azure Automation, Power BI and/or MS SQL Server is considered an asset.
  • NetSuite Certifications a plus (Suite Foundation Certification; Administrator Certification; ERP Consultant Certification or Suite Cloud Developer Certification)
  • Expertise with design, configuration and/or support of NetSuite or similar ERP system.
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) & agile practices.
  • Ability to translate highlevel business requirements into functional and system requirements.
  • Experience with implementing NetSuite modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, workflow configuration and order management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate several alternative solutions to meet business needs.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment.
  • Demonstrated team player with ability to learn quickly.
