Location:
Onsite Requirement at 77 City Center Drive, Mississauga, Retail Assets.

The role and responsibilities include the activities relating to retail loan portfolio documentation and closing of the deals.

The role requires co-ordination with third parties like Broker, Solicitor, and Appraiser and the funding branch for execution of other retail loan documents updating and placing in the respective folders on the drive.


Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of Input form for opening of loan account in finacle and provide to Branch/ back office/Central back office.
  • Coordination with the funding branch for Proper documentation of all the KYC, Bridger of all retail loans.
  • Proper ACH/Standing Instructions maintenance for all loan accounts and follow up with the respective servicing branch.
  • CP's compliance as prescribed in CL before funding and updating in LMS.
  • Request for release of funds in LMS after all the required documents are received complying with all the CPs.
  • Recommendation of funding approval after all the CPs are complied with and funds release requests in LMS.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of all retail loans in liaison with the respective funding branch and uploading them in the respective folders of Retail Assets drive.
  • Monitoring and review the renewals of all retail loans.
  • Ensure Lien/PPSA/Collateral registrations and they are reviewed, processed, and updated before they expire through concerned branches.
  • Ensuring validity of all the Insurance policies and payment of Tax wherever applicable on a regular basis.
  • Undertake all other activities relating to documentation, closing of deals and
  • Any other responsibility retail assets team assigns as and when it is warranted.

KEY INTERACTIONS:


  • Brokers, Insurance assessors, Property assessors, environment consultants, Brokers and Solicitors.
  • Branch Head/Asst Manager of the funding branch for overall documentation in all the new deals and for renewals as well.

Salary:
Up to $20.00 per hour
