NRK is a comprehensive Mechanical Construction and project management firm which has been in business for over 35 years. NRK is seeking a results-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to join their team.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a direct support to Mechanical Construction Project Managers in coordination of multiple projects and service requests, including executing project plans and coordinating site access
• Track and document correspondence, change and purchase orders
• Participate in the tracking of project milestones and maintenance of project schedule
• Prepare for project close out by collecting warranties, manuals and other documents
• Issue purchase orders for materials used on construction sites
• Coordinate and liason with trades, subcontractors, suppliers, clients and consultants
• Perform general administrative and recordkeeping functions including the review and distribution of documentation; preparation of correspondence and meeting minutes; maintenance of files, logs, drawings, specifications, submittals and RFIs
• Maintain project/service request database and prepare reports
• Assist Estimator with bid preparations when required
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Excellent documentation skills
• Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently of direct supervision in a team environment across multiple organization levels
• Selfmotivator and responsible attitude

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 12 years of relevant experience in Mechanical construction industry
• Post-Secondary Diploma or Certificate
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Salary:
$42,000.00 to 55,000/year
