Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Data review and entry
- Providing general office support including reception relief
- Ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
- One or more year(s) of experience in similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Outlook)
- Detail oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingualism in French/English is an asset.
