About This Location:


Our Home Office is located in the heart of Bloor West Village in Toronto, just steps away from Jane Subway station.

This role is a hybrid position with the requirement to attend the office on an as-needed basis.


About This Role:


As a Digital & CRM Marketing Specialist at Arbor Memorial, you will act as the lead analyst and system administrator for Arbor's Dynamics CRM instance.

You will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, supporting, and maintaining the overall CRM system and its users.

You will have the opportunity to engage in budget management and planning, manage third-party agencies and vendor relationships and support growth and new customer acquisition through entering, reviewing and managing lead entry into CRM.


Key Qualifications and Demonstrated Abilities:


  • University Degree/College Diploma in Business Management or related field and/or related work experience with a solid understanding of marketing and sales practices, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Three (3) + years of experience administering a CRM system with strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM and technology of SaaS (Software as a Service).
  • Previous knowledge of and ability to develop and run data queries against Arbor's inhouse customer database, FOCUS would be considered an asset.
  • Strong computer software knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, LMS 36
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills; able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; verbal, written and presentation.
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills with the ability to partner will all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical CRM leadership to stakeholders in order to complement and enhance Arbor's digital transformation.
  • Provide expertise in Microsoft CRM System Architecture, Design and Customizations.
  • Work with stakeholders to create a multiyear CRM roadmap, including best practices, enhancements, addons and overall systems integration.
  • Implement highimpact CRMled initiatives across the customer lifecycle to attract new customers, increase engagement and retention, and actively move users through the customer journey.
  • Document user stories and translate them into technical and functional requirements.
  • Translate current and future business needs into functional requirements, designs and Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • Conduct solution testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Works closely with partners in solutions scoping, development, budgeting and project delivery.
  • Analyze and assist with all CRM system integrations (internal or external).
  • Provide 2nd level support and onboarding for new CRM users across Canada, including any issues that the service desk cannot troubleshoot.
  • Works with Marketing team to support branch and corporate initiatives.
