Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in IT, to play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our team.

Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements.
Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires
Support in the creation and maintenance of talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

(ATS) (BambooHR).

Participate at industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
Work closely with senior Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to understand IT hiring needs.
Collaborate on projects to improve recruitment processes and contribute to the overall success of the talent acquisition team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
23 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically within the IT industry.

- knowledge of IT roles, skills, and industry trends.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Bilingual
