Dalwin College is looking to hire an Administration Assistant

Handle inbound and outbound calls while providing customers with informative and knowledgeable information
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner


Administrative Duties:

  • Taking incoming calls, booking appointments for admissions staff, identifying and directing calls to the right staff professionally; proficient with video calls.
  • Entering lead info into the computer system; follow up with leads daily promptly and reconciling daily lead and visiting client data
  • Scheduling Students
- prepare the student contracts, proficient in word to pdf conversion, etc

  • Creating remote classes, monitor student's attendance and help them in troubleshooting.
  • Updating Student management system.
  • Updating and monitoring Learning Management System.
  • Help in KPI and Audit for the institution.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times in behavior dressing and interaction.
  • Operating office machines and maintaining them in good working condition all the times and maintaining a clean office environment; check computers and troubleshoot
  • Receiving and sorting mails, mailing letters out on the same day if any;
  • Provide full support to Academy department staff and help in finding placements for the programs
  • Greeting visitors
*Student Services.

  • Ensure all contractual documents are collected on the first day for each student and stored confidentially, securely, and accurately. Ability to correctly identify student class needs and changes, in coordination with the Scheduling Managers. Liaise between students and departments to provide support at all levels. Assist the Campus Manager to ensure graduating students are identified, tested, and surveyed; ensure Diploma and final documents are prepared and participate in conducting graduation ceremony. Attend to student complaints and cooperates with respective departments to resolve issues. Assist with administrative tasks such as testing, new terms and academic procedures.

Minimum two years experience in customer service or sales is a must.

Salary:
$16.00-$20.00 per hour
