Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
- Charging credit cards, posting daily deposits, cheques deposits.
- All other customer service related tasks.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years' of relevant work experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
- Must be bilingual (English/French).
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Full time position (Monday to Friday).
- 35 hours week.
- Summer hours (office closed at 12PM on Fridays)
- 5 paid sick days
- Office closed between Christmas and new year
Job Types:

$40,000.00 per year
