IT Project Manager (SalesForce)**Fuze Logistics Services is a next generation 3PL headquartered in Montreal, with offices across North America, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and decades of industry expertise to facilitate the transport of freight globally.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate technical resources for the flawless execution of Salesforce projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

Work with end-users to increase adoption

Work with managers to assist in report creation and much more

Skills:

Technical background in a Salesforce environment

Experience in project management and project-based environments

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail & multi-tasking skills

Trailhead certifications is a strong asset

Responsabilités:

Coordonner les ressources techniques pour l'exécution sans faille des projets Salesforce;
Veiller à ce que tous les projets soient livrés dans les délais, dans le respect du cahier des charges et du budget ;
Développer la portée et les objectifs des projets, en impliquant toutes les parties prenantes concernées et en assurant la faisabilité technique ;
Mesurer les performances du projet en utilisant les systèmes, outils et techniques appropriés ;
Assurer la gestion des risques afin de minimiser les risques liés au projet ;
Développer un plan de projet détaillé pour suivre les progrès réalisés ;
Utiliser des techniques de vérification appropriées pour gérer les modifications de la portée, du calendrier et des coûts du projet ;
Travailler avec les utilisateurs finaux pour accroître l'adoption ;
Travailler avec les responsables pour les aider à créer des rapports et bien plus encore.
