Responsabilités
Responsabilités :
- Mettre en œuvre le processus standard, les méthodologies et outils connexes afin d'assurer l'efficacité de la validation.
- Rédiger des procédures de test et des rapports de test.
- Exécution des tests.
- Assurer l'émission en temps voulu des preuves de validation (y compris les preuves des systèmes et composants de niveau inférieur) et consolider les dossiers de validation.
- Fournir un REX structuré pour alimenter les activités de chiffrage, et enrichir le référentiel technique du métier validation du train.
Responsable de :
- Les EHS KPI et le respect des règles EHS dans les activités de validation.
- Réviser une partie du plan de validation du sous-système pertinent pour le test au niveau du train et l'accepter (à inclure dans le plan de validation du train) ou le rejeter en considérant d'autres possibilités.
- Gérer les activités de validation au niveau du train, créer et maintenir le plan de validation
- Gérer l'équipe de projet de validation des trains
- Gérer la consolidation de l'engagement et de la performance de la validation des trains en temps voulu pour l'appel d'offres ou le projet.
- Approuver le transfert du système de train.
- Approuver la révision des procédures/rapports de test des trains.
- Gérer le calendrier de validation, en optimisant la séquence de validation en fonction de la maturité de la conception et de la configuration du train et de la disponibilité des moyens d'essai.
- Pour la validation, établir et organiser l'interface technique avec le client, produire les documents du client et obtenir l'approbation du client si nécessaire.
Connaissances & Expériences
- Expérience en gestion d'équipe et de projet : 1 à 3 ans selon la taille de l'équipe, et projet multi-métiers ou multi-sites équipe, incluant le client et les parties prenantes externes de gestion technique
- Connaissance du système ferroviaire (analyse des systèmes, chemins de fer) : au moins 2 ans
- Capacité d'organisation de tests, connaissance des outils de planification
- Connaissance des normes et de la réglementation
- Connaissance de la gestion des lots de travaux
- Bilinguisme (Francais et anglais)

Responsibilities
Accountable for :
- Implementing the standard process and related methodologies and tools in order to ensure Validation efficiency
- Writing test procedures and test reports
- Test Execution
- Ensuring the timely issue of the Validation proves (including proves of lower level systems and components) and consolidating Validation files
- Providing structured REX to feed costing activities, and to enrich the Train Validation metier technical repository.
Responsible for :
- EHS KPI and compliancy to EHS rules in Validation activities
- Reviewing part of the Sub-System Validation Plan relevant to test at Train level and accepting (to be included in Train Validation Plan) or rejecting considering other possibilities
- Managing the Train level validation activities, creating and maintaining the Validation Plan
- Managing the Train Validation project team
- Managing the consolidation of Train Validation commitment and performance in due time for the tender or the project
- Approving Train System handover
- Approving reviewing Train Test Procedures / reports
- Managing the validation schedule, optimizing the validation sequence in relationship with the train design and configuration maturity and test means availability
- For Validation scope establishing & organizing Technical Interface with customer, producing Customer Documents and obtaining Customer Approval when necessary
Competencies & Experiences;
- Experience in team and project management: 1 to 3 years depending on team size, multi-metiers or multi-sites team and project, including Customer and external stakeholders Technical Management
- Train system knowledge (system analysis, railways) : at least 2 years
- Tests organization capability, knowledge of planning tools
- Knowledge of Standards & Regulation
- Knowledge of Work Package Management
- Bilinguism (French and English)
