Position Summary

:

We are currently seeking a talented commercial lawyer for a Corporate Counsel position in our legal department, based in Mississauga, Ontario.

Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, this is an exciting opportunity to work as a strategic partner with the business on a broad range of challenging matters.

What you'll do
:

Your duties will include negotiating and drafting contracts and advising on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues for multiple business units.

Qualifications:

Sound judgement, strong business acumen and interpersonal skills are important as you will have extensive interaction with various business groups.
Excellent drafting and negotiating skills, as well as the ability to handle a high volume of competing demands, are essential. ‎
