    The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining the event management database and oversees database updates, security, storage, and troubleshooting for all offices. Additionally, they will be responsible for enhancing and assisting the user experience for booking of space (Conference Rooms, Visiting Offices, Desks/Hoteling), boardroom services (AV, room set up) and the Firmwide Travel program while ensuring consistency and equity across offices.

    Major Responsibilities

  • Responsible for current active user list and keep Firmwide personnel list up to date using criteria provided
  • Data clean up, deleting old data, and monitoring in EMS system
  • Adding and deleting users as they join with the correct security templates based on role
  • Provide training documentation and training sessions for users specific to their role
  • Assistance with dashboard and Manage services tab configuration.
  • Troubleshooting issues with users and working with IT team & vendor for resolution
  • Running monthly meetings with admins across the Firm with tips and tricks
  • Flag and answer emails regarding travel inquiries
  • Managing configuration request changes (new rooms, new menu items) for all offices
  • Monitor and maintain hoteling module for CD&M
  • Monitor and maintain visitor office module
  • Assist with updates of Hospitality intranet website
  • Configuration of reports, queries and automatic reporting set up
  • Support the addition of event bookings into Firm Master Calendar (CDM)
  • Performs other duties as required
  • Position Requirements

    Education and Experience

    The position requires a College diploma in computer science or a related information technology field college diploma as well as a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a junior database administrator. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.

    We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement, which includes a requirement to work primarily in the office and flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
