Summary of Business:


We are a well-established spray finishing shop in search of a full-time Facility Maintenance Logistics Facilitator to join our team.


We are looking for a competent
_Facility Maintenance Logistics Facilitator_ to manage maintenance in our facility as well as prepare and distribute equipment and materials in the company van as required by team leaders for worksites.

An excellent
_Facility Maintenance Logistic Facilitator_ must be reliable and have a great eye for detail. They must have technical skills and knowledge of various power tools & equipment. You will be required to coordinate and execute pick up and delivery's. Due to the nature of this position a self-motivated, people-oriented person with a confident attitude would be best suited. We are located 1 km from the Bronte Go Station.


The goal is to ensure that the production equipment is maintained, and the facility is always in good condition, with safety being of utmost importance.


Qualifications:


  • Ability to effectively communicate in English written and oral


  • Crucial thinking

  • Ability to use sound judgement when making decisions.


  • Time Management

  • Use time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Planning & Organized Skills


  • Problem Solving

  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Lifting 50+ lbs
  • Must have a valid driver's licence with clear drivers abstract

  • Safety & First Aid Training
  • Training in 5S/Lean Manufacturing
  • Attention to Detail
  • Microsoft Office software experience

Salary:
$22.00-$25.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Oakville, ON L6L 6M4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- logistics: 1 year (preferred)
