The Role

The Creative & Design Specialist is a visual communications expert who will use their creative skillsets to communicate and conceptualize ideas, manage creative projects for Cymax Group and the two product brands and deliver various creative assets for the Marketing & Communications team.

What You'll Do

Establish creative direction (concepts, ideas and creative treatment including layouts, colour, typography, textures, symbols, imagery) for Cymax Group and the two product brands across Marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Manage and maintain brand guidelines including corporate identity guidelines, graphic design guidelines, art direction and photography guidelines.
Manage and maintain corporate identity assets for Cymax Group and the two product brands in support of the Marketing Managers
Create, design, and maintain various creative assets across all media (digital, print, video etc.)
Manage and maintain the corporate website visual experience in support of the Marketing Managers
Prioritize and manage multiple projects to the SLAs and project deadlines as required within design specifications and budgets across multiple time periods. Effectively manages stakeholders through virtual and asynchronous work. Effective communicator.
Manage and maintain documentation and record keeping of all design projects and assets created.
Support Marketing Managers to direct freelancers as required.
Support Marketing Managers to manage and maintain companywide adherence to corporate identity guidelines.
Work closely with external brand and digital agency partners.
Manage and maintain adherence to quality control and brand standards across all creative and design including proofing and approvals process. Excellent eye for detail and strong analytical skills.

Who You Are

3 5 years' experience in a graphic design, art direction or creative coordinator role
Minimum 3 years' experience managing projects from end to end.
Bonus: Experience in SAAS or B2B
3year Degree or Diploma in graphic design, visual communications, art direction or related
Experience with HTML, CSS (HTML5, CSS3 is a bonus)
Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Proficient in creating concepts and communicating ideas
Experience in video editing
Understanding of digital advertising and CRO design fundamentals
Strong domain expertise in layouts, graphic design fundamentals, typography for digital and print
Bonus: UI / UX experience
