Dilawri Group in Ontario now actively searching for a
Parts Advisor to join the team at
Frost GMC.

Thrive in customer service environment.
Are available to work Monday to Friday and alternating Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding part availability and pricing.
Process customer orders and handle inquiries.
Maintain organized and efficient parts inventory.
Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as needed.
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Work closely with service technicians to understand their parts requirements.
Communicate effectively with other dealership departments to ensure smooth operations.
Accurately record and update information in the parts management system.
Generate and maintain reports related to inventory and sales.
Occasional responsibility to deliver and pick up parts to various locations.

Qualifications:

-
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in an automotive dealership

Valid Ontario Driver's License, G2 or G class

Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficient computer skills and experience with parts management systems

Brand experience preferred.
