Description
The intern will be involved in the annual AUP (agreed upon procedures) engagement


The tasks will include:
- prepare the sample tracker files
- distribute the samples to the branches
- preparation of AUP files based on data from LoanServ, Symphony or Vision+
- receive and review the documents received from the branches
- check the documents for quality and completeness
- follow up with the branches if documents received are incorrect or missing
- escalate to DMs, Branch Ops in order to ensure the deadlines are met
- submit the documents to EY
- respond to auditors' queries

The intern will also be involved in the daily or monthly Financial Reporting team activities:

  • Preparation of GL Reconciliations
  • Recording of journal entries
  • Participation in monthend activities
  • Variance analysis
  • Ad hoc requests
