We have a great opportunity for an Internal Service Advisor to join our team at our Crown Honda located on 2610 McPhillips Street.

As an Internal Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between the Sales & Service Department.

You will be responsible for writing up work orders for new and used vehicles, and coordinating detailing of vehicles to ensure delivery times are met.

Qualifications:

13 years of automotive experience (preferred)
Excellent organizational, multitasking and time management expertise
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customeroriented, polite, courteous

What you'll do:

Produce and receive purchase orders, also opening and closing service work orders
Answer, screen, and forward calls and relay messages to proper individuals
Obtain and process information required to provide service in a timely manner
Assist with overseeing the Service department's operations and scheduling
Other duties as required
