    Description
    du poste : Responsable national des comptes pour le groupe commercial ASUS Systems, assigné à notre équipe commerciale. Responsable de toutes les fonctions de vente commerciale au sein d'un portefeuille de comptes attribué. Le candidat travaillera à développer des relations commerciales pour mieux tirer parti et permettre la pénétration d'ASUS à travers différents segments de marché, avec un accent particulier sur les marchés SMB/Entreprise/E-commerce. Ce rôle peut être exercé à partir de notre bureau de Markham, en Ontario, ou de notre bureau de Montréal, au Québec.
    Travaille avec les équipes de vente/marketing et de gestion de produits d'ASUS pour développer des stratégies de mise sur le marché pour les produits et services ASUS.
    Identifie proactivement les opportunités de vente avec les comptes DMR.
    Se concentre sur le développement des relations et de l'engagement ASUS à tous les niveaux de la base de comptes assignée.
    Maintient de multiples contacts au sein d'une grande base de clients, fournissant une communication régulière sur les produits, programmes, offres et promotions ASUS.
    Se déplace vers divers emplacements de comptes nommés pour mener des formations et des réunions en face à face afin de développer davantage les affaires ASUS.
    Engagement sur site hebdomadaire, routinier pour stimuler la sensibilisation et la visibilité pour les opportunités de ventes/pipeline à court et long terme.

    Diplôme de baccalauréat.
    Plus de 3 ans d'expérience préalable en vente externe dans le matériel informatique, logiciel ou services.
    Relations avec les comptes nommés et connaissance du marché SMB / Entreprise est un plus.
    Haute compréhension des ventes commerciales et du processus d'acquisition de clients.
    Connaissance experte des tendances de l'industrie, de la concurrence, des modèles d'achat des clients et des techniques de vente/marketing.
    Gestion exceptionnelle du temps, priorisation, attention aux détails, compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.
    Très compétent avec MS PowerPoint et Excel.

    Connaissance approfondie de la distribution commerciale, du canal DMR et des clients finaux.
    Compétence technique dans les environnements informatiques/matériels.
    Communication quotidienne requise par téléphone, email.
    Formation, engagement client et rapports internes hebdomadaires, mensuels et trimestriels.
    Présence hebdomadaire sur site dans les bureaux des partenaires.

National Account Manager for ASUS Systems Business Group assigned to our Commercial Sales Team. Responsible for all Commercial sales functions within an assigned account base. Required to manage and develop Named DMR accounts: Example: CDW / Insight / Intel and other partners. The candidate will work to develop business relationships to best leverage and enable ASUS penetration across various market segment verticals, including specific emphasis and focus on SMB/Enterprise/Ecommerce market vertical. This role can work out of either our Markham, ON office or Montreal, QC office.

    Works with ASUS Sales/Marketing & Product Management Teams to develop go-to-market strategies for ASUS Products and Services.
    Proactively identifies sales opportunities with DMR accounts.
    Focuses to develop ASUS relationships and engagement within all levels of the assigned account base.
    Executes a business plan focused on driving unit/revenue growth and measurement against yearly defined targets for the assigned account base.
    Travels to various Named Account Locations to conduct face-to-face trainings and meetings to further develop ASUS business.
    Weekly, routine onsite engagement to drive awareness and visibility for both short-term & long-term sales opportunities/pipeline.

    Required Knowledge, Years of Education, Work Experience, Skill Sets, and/or Certification :
    ~ Bachelor's Degree.
    ~3+ years of prior Outside Sales experience in IT Hardware, Software, or Services.
    ~ Named Account relationships and knowledge of the SMB / Enterprise market is a plus.
    ~ High understanding of Commercial Sales and Customer acquisition process.
    ~ Expert knowledge of industry trends, competition, customer buying patterns and sales /marketing techniques.
    ~ Exceptional time management, prioritization, attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills.
    ~ Highly proficient with MS Powerpoint and Excel.

    Strong knowledge of Commercial Distribution, the DMR Channel and End Customers.
    Technical proficiency in Computer Hardware/IT environments.
    Daily required Telephone, Email, Communication duties.
    ~ Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Face-to-Face Training, Client Engagement, Internal Reporting.
    ~ Weekly onsite presence @ Partners office.
