    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Law Clerk Specialist to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of corporate statutes and regulations, excellent organizational abilities, effective communication skills, attention to detail.



    Responsibilities:


    • Review and draft various corporate documents as they relate to incorporations/organizations of corporations,
      amalgamations
      ,& #160;revivals, br>Amandments,Dissolutions Continuations Officer certificates ,Notarial certifications . prepare document checklists.& #160;

    • Assist in the review of accountants or lawyers' planning memos regarding tax-related reorganization plans.
      & #160;‑,Preparing Summary reports detailing deficiencies within minute books & documenting steps taken toward resolution.

      • Draft closing agenda & documentation necessary for completing transactions involving shares&assets as well as financial closings corporately across entities present both privately owned businesses state entities too.<‌/i ''Such thing governs companies transactional business
