Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Sell parts for heavy trucks and trailers in a retail setting
• Assisting customers and technicians in identifying parts requirements
• Telephone sales support
• Back counter shop support
• Ordering, shipping and receiving of parts
• Maintaining inventory
• Assisting with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays
• Assisting in keeping Parts Dept. clean and orderly

Qualifications:

• Professional attitude, good communication and customer service skills
• Background experience in the automotive/trucking industry
• Mechanically inclined in relationship to the trucking industry
• Knowledge of a parts department within a truck dealership
• Experience with computers/internet to search vendor websites for parts schematics
• Ability to learn and utilize Dealer Business Management software.

Compensation:

• This is a fulltime position
• Compensation commensurate based on experience

Job Types:

Salary:
$20.00-$37.00 per hour
