Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Human Resources Advisor, the incumbent provides administrative support on a variety of human resources matters such as recruitment, compensation, benefits, payroll, pension, records, labor and employee relations, performance management, and succession planning.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in staff onboarding and offboarding processes: use checklists to ensure the completeness of each process, and make the necessary updates in Workday and monitoring lists.
- Complete a variety of administrative tasks related to probation and trial period tracking and reminders, leave and attendance forms and procedures, preparation of administrative documents related to grievances or disciplinary measures, etc.
- Organize and maintain personnel files, compile statistics, and update various monitoring lists related to recruitment, training, grievances, etc.
- Gather files for grievances, arbitrations, or disciplinary administrative cases.
- Review disability claims. Provide information regarding missing documentation or eligibility.
- Fully bilingual
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service to employees and external clients
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws a plus
- Minimum Education and Experience:
- DEC III 3 Years Related Experience /
Annual Salary:
(MPEX Grade 03) $59, $70, $81,010.00
