Job summary
The role of Facilities Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation and maintenance of our facilities ensuring locations are safe well-maintained and fully operational. Key Accountabilities: Resolve internal and external Facilities requests via Service Now in line with KPIs Manage reception desk if applicable including incoming calls and acting as the first point of contact for internal and external visitors Ensure all employees visiting the office each day are signing in via the Sign In App if applicable Proactively make improvement suggestions e.g processes communication flag any problems or risks Support travel requirements for relevant stakeholders assist with booking travel help troubleshoot travel issues Administer mobile devices for the business including working with telephony providers on optimal offers ensuring compliance governance requirements are met inasmuch as pragmatically feasible etc.Job description
