Product Advisor

Role & Responsibilities:


  • Ensure that our guests receive a professional experience that exceeds their past experiences and their present expectations.
  • Listen to our guest's requests and provide positive solutions.
  • Demonstrate vehicle capabilities via presentations and test drives.
  • Maintain effective followup with both sold and prospective guests.
  • Continuous improvement "Kaizen" your skillset by working within brand workshops and through management coaching.
  • Use Social media platforms for Toyota branding and sale promotions.
  • Daily update our CRM and respond to all customer inquiries.
  • Adopt and followup with current customers.
  • Understand and be proficient in the product information.
  • Support other team members.

Your Capabilities & Credentials:


  • At least two years of automotive sales experience.
  • A willingness to strive to put our customers first
  • Comfortable using social media platforms.
  • Comfortable doing followups with customers.
  • Pro in shooting a video of doing a walkaround on a vehicle that a customer inquired about.
  • Product knowledge and capabilities on the vehicles that you sell.
  • A willingness to work within a processdriven culture
  • Experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A valid Alberta driver's license.
  • Second language is not necessary, however, it would be considered an asset.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Experience:

- automotive sales: 1 year (preferred)
