The Surveillance Shop is expanding and looking for a Junior Business Development Manager that will be responsible for developing and managing new accounts.

This position comes with the opportunity to develop into a Sales Development leader and beyond.


Responsibilities:


  • Selling integrated security solutions to industrial and commercial businesses
  • Developing a pipeline of business by prospecting, coldcalling, tradeshows, and networking
  • Archiving and maintaining a sales quota
  • Nurturing, managing, and growing accounts
  • Develop security proposals (including drawings)
  • Responding to 'hot leads' within a timely fashion
  • Assist senior sales team with RFPs, drawings, etc.
  • Strong sales acumen
  • Technical experience / acumen
  • Be enthusiastic, outgoing, upbeat, and driven to succeed
  • Accommodating and willing to go the extra mile
  • Strong computer skills and basic computer network knowledge
  • Ability to build and develop professional relationships with customers
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
