Job summary
The PRIDE Seeds Agronomy Support is a 16-week field work placement. You will be heavily involved in increasing brand awareness and supporting an agronomically focused project in your assigned district (in partnership with your agronomy mentor). Projects could include highly technical tissue sampling initiatives or building sales centered training events (and everything in between).
Responsibilities
- You will gain hands-on experience in a variety of areas from sales to agronomy. This will give you good exposure to the business.
- Marketing and Knowledge Transfer: Making agronomic training videos and sales collateral to be used by your local team and or shared on the national branded social media pages.
- Sales: Aid your mentor and local sales team in supporting your area through various agronomic practices including customer training events, distribution training, farmer field scouting, seed delivery in the spring, field signing etc.
