Goals and Outcomes:

As a sales representative of Paramount, you will be responsible for all aspects of the customer acquisition and

management.

Preparing and presenting proposals
Establishing contracts
Increasing yearly sales targets
Opportunity to move into Outside Sales with car allowance after 6 months.

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Must be personable, energetic, and enjoy working with people on a daily basis
Demonstrate critical thinking and problemsolving techniques
Proficiency in both English and Hindi or Punjabi is preferred.
Experience in the HVAC/Refrigeration, restaurant or food service industry a plus
