Are you somebody who's superb at handling details...a loyal, hardworking behind the scenes type person who always follows through and never misses a productive your last employer considered hiring two people to replace you after you left...a strong typist with great computer skills...a solid command of CRM programs and social media management use Canva to design quality marketing material, search the MLS for homes matching buyers criteria, read and write agreements of purchase and sale, prepare CMA's for Seller prospects, comfortable in a small business environment where priorities can change quickly...

Our team is energetic, fun, and busy - we are looking for an amazing Front Desk Executive Assistant who would love to work with professional Realtors on a daily basis and help continue to grow our business

You're professional but enjoy a good laugh, you're a great communicator (written and verbal) and most of all you're detailed, systems oriented, tech-savvy and always take initiative


What You Will Do

  • Create, implement and manage new systems, processes and checklists to improve efficiency and communication in the client buying and selling process while offering me ongoing feedback
  • Act as a point of contact to the client throughout their entire transaction process coordinating and scheduling of agents, vendors, suppliers and contractors
  • Manage client database CRM ie: KW Command, Google Docs/Sheets etc.
  • Manage marketing strategies and all Social Media profiles: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and learn to run effective paid Ad Campaigns
  • Use Canva to design quality marketing materials and social media content
  • Prepare offers, listing agreements, supplementary documents (waivers, amendments, disclosures and other related forms) and obtain necessary client signatures (training willbe provided)
  • Execute listing process from start to finish
  • Prepare listings to put up on MLS, client property searches, book and confirm client showings
  • Prepare listing and buyer presentations
  • Be learningbased and attend trainings offered by brokerage, online and otherwise on an ongoing basis as needed
  • A variety of other duties and on demand tasks as assigned

Skills We Are Looking For

  • Real Estate experience will be strongly considered, however not required
  • Systems oriented, proven track record of building, running and maintaining systems
  • Superior organizational ability, you are the most organized person you know
  • Extreme attention to detail, nothing gets passed you
  • Technology savvy, and the ability to learn new ones quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional client/customer service
  • Driven with a desire to get things done, and work in a fast paced environment while
- meeting deadlines and service levels

  • A strong sense of urgency, ability to multitask and to prioritize
  • Looking for independence from Day 1 to take initiative (not looking for hand holding)
  • Creativity and high energy
  • Integrity, honesty, trustworthy and loyalty plan to stick around
  • Flexible schedule of weekdays, some evenings and weekends
  • Not looking for a real estate agent or training to be a real estate agent

  • This position allows for the opportuntiy for a year end bonus, sharing in company profits as goals are acheived.

Job Type:
In-office Monday to Friday (schedule to be determined). Must be available for evening and weekend hours on an as-needed basis.
