Planet Financial Inc.is seeking an energetic, organized and detailed oriented individual to join our team on a permanent basis for assisting CEO of the company.
Duties include:
- Must be able to handle Inbound and Outbound calling.
- Inquires as to the nature of calls to refer to appropriate person or service.
- Answers internal or external calls (local and long distance) and transfers calls.
- Greets and directs visitors. Provides assistance to them as required.
- Maintains inventory of office supplies and order when required
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; maintain a high level of all clerical functions
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing daily office activities; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Need someone very organized who could assist CEO completely such as organize the day for him, frequently book meetings with client and visit them.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Excellent Pay Package and Medical Benefits after Probation Period
