Who are we looking for, you ask?

We are looking for a kickass Account Manager who is a true client advocate and champions a high level of emotional intelligence while interacting with our clients.

This role is for you if you know how to invest and build on strategic client relationships that promote high retention and loyalty.


WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
In this role, you will be working closely with our fantastic VP of Business Development and will be responsible for the following:

  • Responsible for ROI-focused onboarding and offering monthly value-based service.
  • Meet with clients and delivery teams to provide regular and proactive updates on progress, quality, and overall service satisfaction.
  • Lead crossfunctional priorities and resource allocation relative to each program, project and/or initiative.
  • Act as an escalation point for the services, product, and fulfillment resources, and help the internal team with completion while managing client expectations.
  • Recognize and resolve systemic issues to prevent them from repeating.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

  • A business degree or 35 years of equivalent account management experience.
  • Unique ability to help clients see value in the service.
  • Have exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Superior problemsolving skills.
  • Executive reporting and presentation Skills.
  • Remarkable ability to bring calm to stressful situations when clients are in distress.
  • Competitive & competitively aware. Proficient at explaining strengths & vulnerabilities.
  • Valid Driver's license and reliable mode of transportation.
  • Legally able to work in Canada.

Nice To Have Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience selling a valuebased service. Selling IT would be a great asset but optional.
  • A desire to mentor, guide and motivate other team members to help them succeed.

  • Effective service adoption, excellent client engagement and value realization working daily as our client's advocate.
  • Work closely with our clients to offer a consultative approach and be their trusted adviser in all interactions.
  • Understand, prioritize, and drive the resolution of issues through handson involvement and highly effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Make clients and Idealogical peers feel heard, helped, and happy at every interaction.
