Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Operating tow trucks and other related equipment
• Responding to dispatch calls and providing efficient and effective roadside assistance
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies
• Maintaining regular maintenance and upkeep on equipment
• Communicating effectively with dispatch and other team members

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in towing and recovery
• Knowledge of towing and recovery techniques, procedures, and regulations
• Ability to maintain calm and focused in stressful situations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends, if needed
