What You'll Do:
As a Floral Department Associate, you'll be responsible to assist with a variety of tasks on a daily basis based on the season.
Your role will involve crafting beautiful bouquets and arrangements, helping customers over the phone choose the perfect flowers, and spreading joy through the magic of blooms.
Tasks will also include helping with paperwork, prep and computer work. This role does come with high seasonal hours during November and DecemberMain Responsibilities:

Floral Design:
- Create stunning floral arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces with an artistic touch.
- Stay uptodate with floral design trends and techniques.
Computer Work:
- Assist with the floral side of the online store.
- Must know the basics of any Microsoft program.
Inventory Management:
- Keep track of flower inventory, ensuring freshness and availability.
Qualifications:
- Passion for flowers and floral design.
- Previous experience in floral design or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Creativity and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift and handle flower arrangements and supplies
- Time management skill are a must
Salary:
$16.55-$25.00 per hour
