Junior Project Manager
Location:
Sudbury, Ontario
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule renovation projects with contractors, suppliers, and other team members
- Maintain project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to ensure their needs and expectations are being met
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for renovation projects
- Track project expenses and maintain project budgets
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in project coordination or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Understanding of building codes and safety regulations
Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
Interior Renovations: 5 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Class G Licence (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (required)
