We are growing and looking to expand our Install Team to grow with us. We produce and install vehicle vinyl graphics (commercial all cars and models wraps, boats, construction equip., etc.), 3D signs, window graphics, wall graphics, floor graphics, security film, PPF, and much more.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of vinyl graphics installers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful project completion.
Coordinate installation schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects according to client specifications and deadlines.
Ensure that vinyl graphics installations meet quality standards and adhere to company guidelines and industry best practices.
Oversee inventory of vinyl graphics materials and tools, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance of equipment.
Enforce safety protocols and practices to maintain a safe working environment for installation teams and comply with industry regulations.
Identify and resolve installation issues or challenges as they arise, implementing effective solutions to ensure project success.
Completing and submitting daily paperwork.
Other company tasks as assigned.

Skills you might have:

G Driver's License (Must Have)
3M, Oracal, Avery, or any other Installation Certificates (preferred)
Basic Computer skills (Must Have)

Ladder-Safety Training

Must get before starting the job. You will be reimbursed after 3 months of employment.

Fall-Arrest Training

Must get before starting the job. You will be reimbursed after 3 months of employment
Proven experience in vinyl graphics installation, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of vinyl graphics materials, tools, and installation techniques.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor installation teams.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality workmanship.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work efficiently under pressure.
Understanding of safety regulations and protocols related to vinyl graphics installation.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.
