We are looking for an amazing person who is positive, enthusiastic, focused, personable, and dependable to join our team on a Part Time basis.

• Greet patients, guests and employees in a welcoming and professional manner
• Answer telephone calls, forward messages and schedule patient appointments
• Call patients to confirm appointments
• Preparing practitioner rooms
• Prepare general correspondence/documents
• Direct billing with ICBC, MSP and Extended insurance providers
• Office cleaning
• Laundry
• Office filing

• Excellent command of English (written and oral)
• Ability to speak a second language is an asset
• 1 Yr experience in a similar field is required
• Previous reception/administration experience with an understanding of professional environments
• Excellent organization skills with an ability to effectively multitask
• Team player with high energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Excellent judgement and strong problemsolving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• MS Office skills
