Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Manager to join our team.

The Safety Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees and visitors on our construction sites.

This is a critical role in our organization, as safety is our top priority.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks
Provide training to employees on safety procedures and protocols
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences
Collaborate with project managers to develop sitespecific safety plans
Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety awareness
Maintain accurate records of all safetyrelated incidents, training, inspections, and audits
Stay uptodate with industry standards and best practices in construction safety

Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards
Ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in using construction management software for tracking safety data and generating reports
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
