Job Description:
Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
Requirements:
- must know quickbooks
- must know excel sheet and word
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus (for medical receptionist positions)
- Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus (for dental receptionist positions)

From $15.50 per hour
