Job Description:
Receptionist


Duties:


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, photocopying, and faxing
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness

Requirements:

- must know quickbooks
- must know excel sheet and word

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus (for medical receptionist positions)
  • Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus (for dental receptionist positions)
