We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced industry and help clients achieve their real estate goals.
Duties:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property inspections
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Stay uptodate with real estate market trends and changes in regulations
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in administrative tasks related to real estate transactions
- Exceptional customer service skills
LEADS
- We will provide leads, and training on how to convert these leads to transactions
- Provide an exceptional CRM system with high tech lead integration cababilities
Salary:
$105,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
