Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Master and manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure precise tracking of inventory, with a keen focus on batch codes and expiry dates.
Develop and implement operational and personnel policies and procedures.
Drive high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellence in all facets of shipping, receiving, dispatching, and quality of goods.
Monitor and verify the accuracy of inventory transactions and shipments.
Analyze warehousing activities and employee performance, providing insightful reports.
Allocate staffing and workload efficiently to meet operational demands.
Address and resolve internal customer inquiries and conflicts.
Mentor and train team members, enhancing their expertise in WMS and other critical systems.
Maintain detailed records of warehouse operations, including equipment maintenance and safety audits.
Conduct daily briefings focused on safety and operational efficiency.
Engage directly with customers to solve problems and enhance service quality.
Continuously refine work procedures and practices to boost warehouse efficiency.
Uphold a tidy, organized, and secure warehouse environment.

Requirements:

College/University degree in a related field.
35 years of leadership experience in a distribution facility.
Strong entrepreneurial drive and a commitment to succeed.
Excellent interpersonal skills, robust business acumen, and potential for further growth and development.
Ability to foster a positive team environment, motivating team members to excel and achieve high levels of satisfaction.
Proficiency in inventory control processes and a high capacity to learn and utilize warehouse management and related software systems.
