If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and business development, we invite you to join our team as an Account Executive.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive growth, build relationships, and contribute to the success of our organization.
We offer a competitive compensation package to start with 80K and up per year, including base salary plus commission, as well as health benefits and more.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business development and market growth
- Manage and grow existing accounts through effective account management techniques
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure favourable terms and agreements
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify potential business opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present information to clients and internal stakeholders
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Proficiency in using CRM tools for sales tracking and management
- Ability to negotiate effectively to achieve favourable outcomes for the company
Salary:
From $80,000.00 per year
