Overview:

Duties:


  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
  • Maintain and organize files and documents
  • Provide support to various departments as needed
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including making arrangements for travel and accommodations
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports or presentations
  • Assist with proofreading and editing documents
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Experience:


  • Previous experience in an administrative or operations role preferred
  • Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems
  • Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar software
  • Experience working at a front desk or in a customerfacing role is beneficial

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$63,681.00 per year
