Overview:
Duties:
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and organize files and documents
- Provide support to various departments as needed
- Coordinate meetings and events, including making arrangements for travel and accommodations
- Conduct research and compile data for reports or presentations
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations role preferred
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems
- Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally
- Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar software
- Experience working at a front desk or in a customerfacing role is beneficial
Job Types:
