Job Description:

The incumbent is responsible for all returns and warranties:

Follow up with customers on product recalls issued by the corporate office.
Perform the necessary research for all customer credit requests.
Enter data into the AX software's return request form.
Request authorization for returns from suppliers. Manually complete the appropriate return of merchandise form.
Research all customer credit requests.
Supplier return guarantee
Perform all other related tasks as requested by his/her supervisor.

Qualifications:

To join our team, you need:

High school diploma combined with 1 year experience in a similar position.
Very good knowledge of Excel, AS400 and basic knowledge of Acces software.
Speed and accuracy in data entry.
Highly functional spoken English.
