    *POSITION TITLE: *Sales Representative

    *LOCATION: *Brampton, ON

    *REPORTING TO: *District Sales Manager

    \*\* Full Time – Permanent Role \*\

    Days of work – Monday to Friday (No weekends)

    *JOB OVERVIEW:

    The Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales by managing and growing existing and potential customers in the gas, convenience and grocery channels.

    Sales Representatives will also interact and collaborate with supplier partner's representatives to provide them with valuable insight about product knowledge, consumer trends and overall business needs for the industry.

    Responsibilities will include carrying out CVOR safety inspections of the vehicle, the correct loading of the vehicle with product and point of sale materials, recording of delivery information and customer signature, and ensuring overall vehicle safety.

    The Route Sales Representative will always be expected to operate the delivery vehicle in a safe manner, obey all rules of the road, and follow all appropriate company policies and procedures.

    *JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Deliver product to customers
    • Building/Merchandising displays as per standards of the Brand Partners
    • Manage inventory by ensuring it is accurately maintained and reconciled daily
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
    • Operating a Delivery Truck (G Class) and handheld invoicing system
    • Loading product from the warehouse into the Delivery Truck
    *Competencies:
    • Secondary education is preferred
    • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred
    • Valid Class G driver's license is mandatory with a minimum of 3 years driving experience
    • A safe and clean driving record
    • Ability to use handheld devices
    • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively build relationships
    • Ability to understand customer needs and concerns and win their business
    • Demonstrated team playing attitude
    • A self starter, taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required
    • Exceptional time management skills
    • Patience and reliability, with the capability to navigate through traffic and road conditions
    *Working Conditions:
    • Driving a company Truck/ Van to our accounts
    • Lifting up to 50lbs
    • Working outside in all weather conditions
    • Travel will be involved depending on the area being supported

    $50,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
