The Dawson Road Family Medical Clinic is a large medical clinic with 22 Family Physicians working collaboratively with Allied Health Professionals from the Guelph Family Health Team.

We are looking to add a full time contract member to our Switchboard/Reception Team for a mat leave.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Checking
• in patients
• Validating demographics and health cards
• Taking 3rd party payments
• Triaging phone calls and booking appointments for 22 physicians and Allied Health professionals
• Multitasking
• Attention to detail
• Following Covid19 protocols

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
From $19.00 per hour

All patients and staff are required to wear a mask prior to entry into the clinic.


Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
