Job summary
We are hiring a Part Time Direct Care Worker to join our team. This is a part-time position working a minimum of 2 shifts per week.Facilitate the empowerment and normalization of individuals with a disability in a pre-vocational setting and at times in a recreational setting.
You will be assisting in the implementation of Personal Support Plans (PSP). These are designed to promote personal welfare, independent living skills and social skills; provides assistance with all aspects of daily living.
