Knowledge in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Knowledge in Google Suite

Enrolled in a formal University or college Internship program
University or College program in progress
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

Activities:

Analyze and present large volumes of data in Excel for management decisionmaking
Perform data maintenance duties in SAP ERP system
Prepare spend reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
Analyze trends in commodity spends, lead times and suppliers
Complete time sensitive adhoc requests for multiple managers while balancing monthly and quarterly tasks
Collaborate with other teams and departments on projects and troubleshooting issues
Identify favourable prices and terms on purchases for parts

Physical Demands, duties of this position are varied and will include:

Duties of this position are performed in a normal office with exposure to manufacturing environments
Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data
Repetitive manual movements are frequently required (e.g. data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.)
