Starting Wage:
$15 + tips

Must be able to work weekends and Monday evenings

Server Skills and Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older
Minimum 1 year serving/ restaurant industry experience
Must have a ProServe card/certificate
Good verbal communication skills
Able to provide great customer service
General math skills

Job Duties:

Helps clients select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering drinks; suggesting courses; answering food preparation questions.
Protects establishment and clients by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
Take orders to bar and kitchen by recording clients choices; identifying clients special dietary needs and special requests.
Keeps kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression.
Serves orders by picking up and delivering clients choices from bar and kitchen; delivering accompaniments and condiments from service bars.
Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to client spills or other special needs.
Produce and issue bills for all clients
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
