What you will do:
- Participate in the recruitment workflow from end to end
- Schedule, track and coordinate interviews collaboratively with multiple teams
- Participate in organizing and executing on various recruitment events
- Conduct interviews for intern hiring and potential junior roles
- Support the development of recruitment processes and programs (eg, Referral Program)
- Work with People Operations Business Partner to evaluate and review HR policies and practices to identify opportunities to improve or enhance processes.
- Respond to employee and management inquiries relating to HR policies and procedures; demonstrate good judgment by appropriately escalating issues.
- Assist with the collection and analysis of HR metrics, including generation of reports as needed.
- Ensuring strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee issues.
- Keep uptodate with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Assist in adhoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback and Health & Safety.
- Support other functions as assigned (eg. general office support from time to time).
What you will bring:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management and working towards CHRP designation is preferred.
- 12 years of experience in a Talent role such as a Coordinator, Administrator, Intern, etc.
- Strong attention to detail with proven organizational and time management skills.
- Resourceful, flexible and customer service mindset
- Able to maintain discretion and confidentiality while ensuring a high degree of integrity, trust and professionalism.
- Comfortable interacting with employees and various management levels.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite ATS, HRIS experience and understanding of using multiple tech platforms is an asset
- Knowledge and interest in the technology industry

- Proactive and strong problemsolver who is pragmatic, calm and able to make optimal decisions in complex and ambiguous situations
